Will I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped within NY State will have sales tax added to the invoice. If you are a New York State Exempt Organization then e-mail or fax your "Exempt Organization Certificate" and you will not be charged sales tax.

What methods of payment do you accept?

How long do orders take to process?
We try to ship all orders as soon as possible, usually within 48-72 hours, but depending on the time of year, item(s) ordered, availability of stock, and time it takes to actually assemble your order, shipping times will vary. Most (not all) custom orders (custom ribbons, stainless steel plaques & bronze and aluminum castings) will take 2-6 weeks.

What is the cost of shipping?
We use UPS ground as our standard shipping method. Overnight, 2nd day service and 3 day select are also available. The cost of shipping varies depending on where you are located, weight of your order & the method of shipping that you choose.

What if I make a mistake on my order?
Please e-mail or call us as soon as possible. Depending on the item, we will send out a replacement engraving plate or replace the item. Naturally, if we make the mistake there is no charge... If the customer makes the mistake there will be a charge.

Can I change my order while its being processed?
Yes, if it hasn't gone into production, otherwise a charge will be incurred depending on where your order is in the production process.

Can I see a proof of my order?
Yes, you will be shown a proof your layout before it goes into production to check on the overall layout and spelling. Orders under $20, trophies, medals & pens are excluded.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
